Heavy industry Maintenance Fitter
Mechanical duties: Conduct fault-finding, repairs, routine maintenance, improvement and installation activities on a wide range of production machinery and equipment. From conveyors to pumps, valves, hydraulics and rotating equipment.
Ideal Candidate: If you have maintenance experience in a "heavy environment" like Power Generation, Manufacturing, Mining, or Quarrying INCLUDING those who are looking for a first step outside of the Forces, we want to hear from you!
MUST HAVE an Apprenticeship style qualification (C&G or NVQ) in mechanical or BTEC/HNC level. Physical fitness and willingness to work across various areas of the business are essential.
Enjoy a Monday to Friday DAY SHIFT, with working hours of Mon-Thu 8-4.30 p.m. and Fri 8-3.30 p.m.
Great Benefits including; A competitive salary of £45,000, frequent overtime opportunities, contributory pension up to 8% matched (depending on age group), death-in-service benefit, healthcare coverage, and a profit-based bonus of around 4%.
