£30,000 - £35,000 Plus Pension, 28 days holiday, a generous fuel allowance + full training + ongoing career support + 37.5 hour week

A leading managed IT service provider requires Helpdesk engineers to support IT with their partners in the outskirts of London.

You will be aiding in the running of the day-to-day helpdesk onsite and providing first—and second-line support while covering a small local area of clients

Your responsibilities will include,

  • Working through a service desk and resolving 1st-2nd line support calls and ensuring all calls are followed through logically, methodically and escalating when necessary.
  • Supporting and maintaining the infrastructure within the clients to ensure maximum uptime troubleshooting within a predominantly Microsoft environment
  • Be able to find solutions to common IT/ Network problems
  • You will manage your own day-to-day workload

Our Requirements

  • Experience in supporting IT in a controlled environment
  • Two or more years’ experience managing Network infrastructure/ Service Desk.
