Helpline Project Manager

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading national health charity to recruit for a Helpline Specialist and Project Manager. This position is offered on a temporary basis, initially for 8 months with the potential of extension.

In this role you will work closely with the Head of Services (HOS), Helpline Manager and Helpline Services Volunteer Manager, to provide line management and growth of their specialist services team. You will effectively and efficiently support the day-to-day operational delivery of the service, as well as working alongside the HOS, to identify, develop, fund, and embed new services, to enhance the Services offering, increase reach and methods of engagement with the community they support.

To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of project management and of introducing new services to national organisations, as well as experience of providing specialist support and/or case work to individuals, ideally within a charity or similar setting. You will showcase knowledge of contract management, managing a team delivering high quality services and be able to manage complex, sensitive and challenging enquiries.

Please note this is a full -time role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The role is offered as a hybrid blend, based in their offices in Finsbury Park and WFH. You will also be required to cover an out of hours provision a few times per week (the lines are open from 9am-7pm)
