Pertemps are recruiting for a class 2 shunter with loading/unloading duties for a client based in Bridgend on a temporary basis for an immediate start on nights.

Pay: £15.11

Hours: 42 per week

Shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 20:45 - 05:45

Duties of a shunter driver will include:
  • Safe movement of vehicles within the depot
  • Park into loading bays
  • Loading and unloading cages and pallets
  • Daily vehicle safety checks
  • Completing relevant paperwork
  • Following health and safety policies and procedures

The right candidate:
  • Physical fitness is required due to the nature of the work
  • Be able to work in a team.
  • Full UK Category C Licence.
  • No more than 6 points
