HGV Class 1 Tanker Full Time Driver’s Nights - Utilities

Bickerstaff - £16.64 to £30.89 /hour plus daily retainer bonus when on standby - NO BREAKS DEDUCTED!

Non ADR Tanks - Utilities Company - PAYE ONLY

We have several exciting opportunities for HGV Class 1 Non ADR Tanker Drivers who would like to work on an ongoing basis for our prestigious utilities client. This company keep’s the tap’s flowing and the toilet’s flushing for 7 million homes and 200,000 businesses across the North West.

You will do mostly shift’s in depot and the odd day on standby relief at home from 22:00 to 06:00 When on standby you might be called out at any point between these times and we may need a bit of flexibility on these times on occasion. The role is basically driving a Class 1 articulated tanker filled with water from A to B with no loading/unloading involved, be prepared for 10 hr shifts no break deducted .

Rates of pay are extremely attractive:

Monday to Friday - £16.64 per hour

Saturdays - £20.78 per hour

Sundays - £24.95 per hour

Bank Holiday C1 - £30.89 per hour

Standby Payment - £91.52 per with no call

When on standby you will receive a standby retainer Monday to Sunday £91.52 per day. If you are called out you will keep your standby retainer payment and receive the hourly rates above on top.

Plus generous holiday accruals.
