HGV Class 2 Driver Farnborough

Jewson are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join their new branch in Farnborough.

This will be a brand new Jewson branch where we are Proud to Partner The Trades, offering an innovative and cutting edge merchant experience. As such we are recruiting for a new dynamic and passionate team to join us on this exciting journey.

Location: Farnborough, GU14 8JB

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00- 16:30 and alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00

What will I be doing?

No two days will ever be the same with us! You'll be safely delivering building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach, loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do and as a customer delivery driver and the face of the company you will be ensuring that all your interactions with customers are of the highest standard.

We will also provide a fully funded induction at our industry leading training academy, where we ensure our drivers have the correct skills and knowledge to carry out their role, providing excellent customer service and operating safely and legally on the road. This induction includes Allmi accredited lorry loader training.

Am I the right person for this role?

Previous Class 2 multidrop experience would be beneficial in this role, even better if this has been gained in a merchant environment. However, we are open to all experience as long as you are ambitious and sales focused.
