Wild Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to work for a leading palletised freight delivery company based in Portsmouth

Day shifts available Monday to Friday. 7am start

This HGV Class 2 Driving role is temporary but ongoing

£16ph on Umbrella

What you will be doing for this HGV Class 2 Driving role:

  • Delivering palletised goods to customers and business safely and efficiently
  • Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
  • Being responsible for loading the vehicle and unloading at each drop
  • Perform daily checks on the vehicle and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness

What we need from you for this HGV Class 2 Driving role

  • Previous experience delivering palletised goods
  • Previous experience driving a curtain side truck with a tail lift
  • Hold a full up to date Drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Hold a full UK driving licence with Category C (with at least 6 month's UK experience)
  • Have no more than 6 points on your licence (no DR, DD or IN codes)

You will need to attend and pass a driving assessment before you can be booked in for work
