Wild Recruitment are currently seeking Class 2 HGV Drivers for a large distribution client based in Portsmouth

Monday to Friday, temporary ongoing

£15ph on Umbrella

This Class 2 HGV driving role will mainly involve delivering palletised freight across the south.

What you will be doing for this Class 2 HGV driving role:

  • Delivering items to customers and business safely and efficiently
  • Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
  • Being responsible for loading the vehicle and unloading at each drop
  • Perform daily checks on the vehicle and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness

What we look for in you as a Class 2 HGV driver:

  • A valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC and digi tacho card
  • Previous experience with Pallet deliveries
  • Previous experience in a curtain side truck with a tail lift
  • Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
