HGV/PSV Electrician
IntSol Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled HGV/PSV Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in heavy goods vehicles (HGV) and passenger carrying vehicles (PCV).
HGV/PSV Electrician Duties
- Conduct safety checks and strictly adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Install and upgrade equipment as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment performance.
- Inspect and maintain the electrical components of all vehicles to prevent malfunctions.
- Identify and rectify faults by diagnosing and repairing defective electrical components.
HGV/PSV Electrician requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HGV/PSV Electrician.
- Ability to keep records up to date and of a high standard.
- full HGV/PSV license is preferred.
