Position: HIAB Driver for Holiday and Sickness Cover

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HIAB Driver to join our team on an ad hoc basis, covering holidays and sickness periods. This role requires flexibility and availability to work on short notice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating both manual and automatic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a HIAB truck to load, transport, and unload goods.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time.
  • Maintain the vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Valid HIAB license and relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience as a HIAB driver.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis, often with short notice.
