My client a media company is looking for a HiBob HRIS Analyst to assist in the implementation  of their HRIS function. This will be a temporary role on an adhoc basis.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Able to help with data input and reporting on Hibob
  • Be the first point of contact on all HRIS requests
  • Support the day to day processing of information on the HRIS     
  • Ensuring all records are up to date on Hibob
  • Manage the implementation of the HRIS
  • Knowledge to be able to create reports as needed
  • Able to train and support the team on key functionality of the system

Skills and experience required:
  • Experience using Hibob HRIS software is essential
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience implementing Hibob HRIS
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
