My Client are leaders in the debt recovery enforcement sector and have been operating for over 40 years’ supporting hundreds of local authorities and Transport for London. They have a strong UK team, employing 500 people all over the UK. The High Court Enforcement Manager will take responsibility for assisting the High Court Officers with High Court Operations, also act as an Enforcement Training specialist and be part of the Enforcement Department Management Team.

The role requires excellent leadership skills to motivate and manage field agents and meet the expectations of the department’s compliance, collection rates, business, and client expectations.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Group Head of Enforcement Services with the daily running of High Court Enforcement model and Enforcement Agent training and development, meeting all operational Enforcement Agent requirements.
  • Work closely with the High Court Enforcement Officers to develop strategy of the High Court Enforcement model.
  • Drive performance within the Enforcement department, supporting teams of Enforcement Agents.
  • Responsible for Enforcement Agent training including delivery of training, managing Trainee Enforcement Agents, and ensuring successful completion of probationary periods.
  • Full time: 42hrs per week
  • Weekend Shifts - You are required to work one day at a weekend per month. The shifts will include a morning shift of 6am to 2.30pm or an afternoon shift of 1.15pm to 9.45pm. This day is included in your hours of work above.
