Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant that holds a level 4 HLTA qualification or has done the role over several years? Are you looking for a new role in a leading Hemel Hempstead based Academy supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4?

Class sizes are a maximum of 25 to ensure all children get the one to one time they need to reach their potential.

As a HLTA at this school you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The succesful HLTA must:
*** Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification or strong experience in the role
*** Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
*** Have energy, commitment and creativity
*** Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*** Have a positive attitude
*** Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2024/25
