Role Overview:

My client, a fantastic Primary School in Swindon, is seeking a qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to progress in their career. The school is committed to providing training for candidates to qualify as a HLTA if they do not already hold this certification.

Join them in shaping the educational journey of students across various Primary School age groups. Showcase your adaptability and versatility in supporting learners of different ages and academic levels. Use your experience to provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring each student receives personalized attention and assistance.

What You’ll Be Doing

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or qualified HLTA
  • Passionate about supporting students with SEND
  • Adaptable, versatile, and ready to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
