Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Primary School in Offerton, Stockport
Start Date: September 2024
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Offerton, Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in children's education and contributing to their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
  • Leading small group activities and interventions.
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons.
  • Providing individualised support to students.
  • Contributing to the overall positive school environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
