Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are working with a number of fantastic special educational needs provisions in Exeter. We are seeking a qualified, experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified HLTA

  • Has previous experience working with young people with special educational needs

  • Is proactive, resilient and hard-working

  • Works well under pressure and is able to adapt to last minute changes

  • Is confident in leading interventions and pre-planned lessons

  • Passionate about supporting the overall wellbeing of young people, as well as their education

With flexible work, you will liaise with your consultant with regards to your availability where we can book accordingly. Should you wish to hear about long term, permanent roles, we are happy to arrange interview and trial days.
