We are looking for 2x Highways Supervisors to join a Subcontractor on a major highway project on the M25 near Wisley. These are for immediate starts with working carrying through to the end of the year.

There can be long term contract/permanent opportunities for the right candidate, with ongoing work in the SE of England.

Role will be paid CIS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years Highways, schemes, and supervisory experience
  • Comms. and street lighting
  • Working on a National Highways project
  • Good knowledge of relevant reporting procedures
  • Exposure to high-paced environment

Responsibilities and Production

  • Ensure compliance with Contractor Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and company procedures
  • Ensure Quality and Performance Standards
  • Effective planning and programming of the works
  • Ensure commercial success of projects supervised
  • Provide effective Team Leadership and Management
  • General Management Approach

Qualifications

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Clean driving licence
