Hire Desk Manager

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Manager to join a leading equipment hire business in Southampton. This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of coordinators
- Able to plan deliveries and provide best transport solution
- Providing excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations within the framework of the SLA
- Develop a strong sense of customer ownership
- Building key relationships with customers
- Advising and providing recommendation and solutions to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a rental or transport planning industry
- Experience managing a small team
- Proactive working approach
- Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influencing
- Ability to engage and build relationships

This position is working Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5pm and offering a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
