HLTA required to work at a primary school in Doncaster!

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a friendly primary school in the centre of Doncaster. The role is starting in September 2024, and the position will be on a full time basis for 5 days a week.

Your Role: As an HLTA you will be working with students across the primary age range from EYFS to Year 6.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
• Covering classes as required.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting the social and emotional development of students.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Requirements:

• HLTA (Level 4) qualification or above.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
