Tradewind are working with a lovely primary school in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire who are on the lookout for a dedicated HLTA to join them in September 2024!

***HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant

***Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

***£125 - £140 per day based on level of experience

***September 2024 start

***Includes leading classes across the school

Dedicated to the growth and development of the school, senior leadership invest in the professional development of staff through accessible CPD courses and are open to listening to your ideas for improvement. As a community, they work hard to promote high standards of achievement and behaviour for their pupils, and frequently share ideas between other schools in the trust.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Be able to support and lead lessons across different year groups
  • Create engaging activities for lessons
  • Encourage the children to learn
  • Have patience and perseverance when it comes to behaviour
