MILK Education are looking for an experienced HLTA to work at a large secondary school in Bury. You will be working across Key Stages 3 and Key Stages 4 focusing particuarly on inclusion.
You would be required to to manage the schools Reflection Room and provide support for students with more challenging behaviour. You would take responsibility for planning, preparing and delivering activities for individuals and small groups of students.
The role is to start in September 2024 on a long term basis with the potential to progress into a permanent position.
Applicants will need to possess:
- HLTA qualification
- The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
- Strong behaviour management skills
