Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Local Fulwood Primary School

Contract Type: Full Time

Start Date: September 2024

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the curriculum across all year groups.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and classroom displays.
Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and parents.
Cover the Class Teacher during PPA time or in the teacher's absence


Experience:
HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
Experience working in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to inclusive education and child safeguarding.
