We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team in Hinckley. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children's learning and development, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and able to adapt to various classroom situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
Support the development and implementation of lesson plans.
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students struggling with mathematics or reading.
Creatively think on your feet to design and deliver activities that reinforce lesson objectives.
Monitor and report on student progress, helping to identify areas for further support and development.

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role within a school setting.
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and collaborate with teachers.
