Your Role:

• Lead learning by supporting classroom teachers and delivering pre-planned lessons.
• Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging and educational resources.
• Support positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to enhance student development.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school environment.
