HLTA - Tuition Service (Immediate Start)

Redbridge | £130 - £150 per day - based on experience

Full-Time | Summer Term

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a Tuition Service in Redbridge, currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately for the remainder of the Summer Term.

This unique and highly rewarding role involves supporting learners aged 4 to 19 who are unable to access mainstream school due to a range of medical, emotional, or social needs. You will be working alongside a team of experienced educators to ensure that a caseload of students receives high-quality teaching and learning support in line with their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of tailored educational provision across a diverse age range (EYFS to Post-16)

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement learning plans

Maintain engagement and provide pastoral support for learners with complex needs

Assist with the preparation of resources and monitoring of student progress

Build strong relationships with students and help foster a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

HLTA status or equivalent qualification

Experience supporting children and young people with additional needs

A flexible and resilient approach to working in alternative education settings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference
