A leading Insurance Broker is currently looking to recruit an Account Handler into its busy and very successful High Net Worth Clients team.

You will be providing a full advisory service to VIP clients across all classes of Personal Lines business.

If you have knowledge of specific Insurance products, you will be given the full training required to be able to advise on the other products.

  • You will have a confident phone manner and be able to clearly communicate.
  • Your first priority should always be to provide first class service for your customers (who will often be Directors and have other business with the Company) and get to understand exactly what their Insurance requirements are in order to provide them with the best possible deal.
  • You will have the ability to negotiate to obtain competitive quotations and persuade your clients of the benefits regarding the options you propose.
  • You will deal with both new and existing business and be able to identify opportunities to up sell to the advantage of your clients.
