Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Computer Science department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

  • Design and implement an engaging curriculum that meets both national and international standards.

  • Provide guidance and support to Computer Science staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Mentor and inspire students, helping them develop technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Organize extracurricular activities and clubs related to technology and programming.

  • Drive innovation in teaching methods and technology integration.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in computer science and education.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).

  • Proven experience in teaching Computer Science, with a strong track record of student success.

  • Previous leadership experience in an academic environment, preferably in a Computer Science department.

  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and data structures.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of tech innovators.
