Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Computer Science department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Design and implement an engaging curriculum that meets both national and international standards.
Provide guidance and support to Computer Science staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Mentor and inspire students, helping them develop technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Organize extracurricular activities and clubs related to technology and programming.
Drive innovation in teaching methods and technology integration.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in computer science and education.
Requirements:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).
Proven experience in teaching Computer Science, with a strong track record of student success.
Previous leadership experience in an academic environment, preferably in a Computer Science department.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
