Job Opportunity: Care Team Leader – Deham Garden Village, Uxbridge UB9 5LB
Pay: £15.57 per hour

Location Note:
Due to limited public transport options, applicants must live nearby or have access to reliable transport.

Hours:

  • 25 hours
  • Every other weekend working required to support consistent care delivery
  • May include cover for annual leave & sickness

Do you have a passion for leading and inspiring others while delivering exceptional care? Anchor is currently seeking a confident and experienced Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Deham Garden Village, a thriving retirement community in Uxbridge (UB9 5LB).

 Role Overview:
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll lead by example – coordinating and supervising a team of Home Care Assistants while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, mentoring staff, overseeing care plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, and providing hands-on care when needed.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Previous experience in a senior or team-leading care role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, supportive approach with a passion for elderly care
  • Commitment to weekend working on a rota basis
