Rock Ferry, Birkenhead / £60,000 - £65,000 / Days

Registered Nurse required. Time Recruitment are currently representing a family run Healthcare Provider who truly strive to deliver the best possible person-centred care so that all residents feel safe, happy and secure and in an environment that is their home, in their search for a Home Manager located in Birkenhead. The service is a 40 bed care home offering Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care, with a good CQC rating the home has a lovely welcoming and homely atmosphere.

Duties of the Home Manager:
* Day to day running of the home
* To provide leadership and guidance to all staff
* Recruitment and retention
* To maintain the operations of the home at the standard agreed
* Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
* Ensure the highest standards of care are provided at all times
* Undertake the Care Planning activities for Service Users to meet changing physical, psychological and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice, and informed consent.
* Induct new starters and continued training and development

Requirements for the Home Manager:
* Experience as a home manager
* Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management desirable
* Nurse qualification desirable but not essential
