Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Home Moving Technician to work with a well-established removal company based in Edinburgh!

This role
You'll be part of a team responsible for packing and wrapping, dismantling and reassembling customers' possessions, and safely loading and unloading vehicles. The nature of the job can involve early starts, late finishes, and occasional nights away from base (with a supplement provided for these).
A UK manual driver's license is essential, and you must be able to drive a light van up to 3.5 tones. There is potential to take charge of a move as a Team Leader, with training up to LGV class 2 available within your first 12 months.
A good level of fitness and excellent spoken English are required. While previous experience in removals is beneficial, enthusiasm, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are more important.
Our client will provide full uniform and PPE, along with progressive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in this role.
