Job Title: Homecare Worker (Females ONLY)

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £13ph

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Homecare Workers to join our team. As a Homecare Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting those who are in Homecare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care: Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication Support: Administering prescribed medications and maintaining accurate records
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs
  • Household tasks: Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Mobility Assistance: Helping clients with mobility and physical exercises
  • Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have at least 6 months UK experience in a care setting
  • Must have a licence
  • Education: SVQ Level 2 / 3 in health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
  • Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills, a caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid UK driver’s license is desirable
