Street Homeless outreach Manager

This Local authority based in London have a new ongoing temporary assignment within their street homeless service. Applicants must have had previous experience of managing an outreach team. Duties will include:-

To support officers in reducing rough sleeping in the borough.

Engage with individuals who are homeless, with complex needs, and are street homeless or at risk of becoming street homeless.

Collaborate with internal and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
