A Hospitality & Catering Teacher is needed in an All Boys Roman Catholic Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

The team need a Hospitality & Catering Teacher from September 2024 to February 2025 in the first instance.

If appointed as a Hospitality & Catering Teacher, you will be needed for 2 to 3 days, Tuesdays to Fridays but there is flexibility on the specific days for the timetable.

You will need to teach Food & Nutrition for KS3 classes and Hospitality & Catering to KS4 classes.

The rates of pay for this Hospitality & Catering Teacher role will be between £170 and £260 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The school is a very reputable Catholic comprehensive which has been serving the community since the 1950s.

It is a DfE designated Academy with Specialisms in Technology & Sports.

Oversubscribed and growing, the school is very well established within the area.

With a strong Catholic ethos, the school is an incredibly supportive and inclusive environment that is maintained by the excellent relationships between pupils and staff.

In addition to its focus on faith, the school encourages the Arts, particularly Drama. The school hosts regular theatre productions and musicals.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are recently qualified Hospitality & Catering Teacher or experienced Hospitality & Catering Teacher.

You are also encouraged to apply if you are a British trained Hospitality & Catering Teacher or overseas trained Hospitality & Catering Teacher.

All applicants must have the following in order to be shortlisted for this Hospitality & Catering Teacher role:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • UK QTS or overseas equivalent
  • Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
  • Experience as a Hospitality & Catering Teacher in UK schools
