Our client a luxury hotel in East Lancashire, offering exceptional service and a memorable guest experience are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to oversee night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Handle inquiries, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Operations Management: Oversee night audit, safety, and security; coordinate with other departments; set up for the next day's conferences and breakfast.
  • Leadership: Supervise night staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare nightly reports, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospitality managerial role.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Location: East Lancashire

Salary: From £29,000 per annum
