Hotel Night Porter

The Recruitment Co. is recruiting for A HotelNight Porter to join our clients hotel based in the Llanelli area. Paid Weekly!
Rate of Pay: £12.00ph

Hours of work: Night shifts 10pm-8am. 30 hours per week minimum. Flexibility is required as the working week will be on a rota basis and covers midweek and weekends.
Contract: Permanent

Duties:

• Looking after hotel security and guest welfare at night, maintaining excellent customer service with the hotel guests
• Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any issues to management
• Assist in setting up restaurant and event rooms ready for the next day
• Checking guests in/out of the hotel
• Serving hotel guest and customers in the Bar during busy times
• Cleaning the bar and lounge areas /toilets etc ensuring the hotel is at a high standard of cleanliness at all times
• Serving and inspecting all areas of the hotel/kitchens /laundry room etc throughout the evenings
• Working alone

Skills required:

• Previous relevant experience

• Good customer service skills
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
