Job Description for a part Time Housekeeper based in Woking, Surrey

Position: Permanent

Salary: £22.50 gross per hour

Holiday: Statutory Paid Holiday

Start Date: ASAP

Hours Required: 8 hours on a Thursday, family would consider 4 hours on a Thursday and 4 hours another day, though not a Monday. Total of 8 hours per week

Driver: Prefer driver, though not essential

Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced Housekeeper who is reliable, discreet, use their initiative and see things that need doing without being asked as well as being organised.

Duties to include:

  • Ironing and folding and putting away.
  • General tidying as cleaner employed on a Monday.
  • Emptying bins and putting wheelie bins out.
  • Ensuring stock is replenished in bathrooms, kitchen etc.
  • Dishwasher maintenance and dryer maintenance.
  • Light cleaning of kitchen if required.
  • Fortnightly fridge clean.
  • Occasionally prepping guest cottage for guests.
