We are currently recruiting for a housekeeper with great customer service skills, cleaning knowledge and food hygiene training or willing to complete food hygiene training with OCS.
As a housekeeper at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our client on site in Birmingham city centre, assisting front of house with catering requirements, keeping safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces. Your responsibilities will include performing routine tasks including laying out hospitality, clearing of hospitality, loading, and unloading dishwasher, mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning kitchens and breakout areas at lunchtime.
You will be working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00 to 15:00, 12 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting front of the house with hospitality requirements
- Tidying up work areas, kitchens, breakout areas, meeting rooms.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
- Monitoring and ordering stock, stock takes.
- You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
- You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.
- Ad hock reactive tasks as required.
About You:
- You need food hygiene training or willing to complete the training with OCS.
- A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
- Smart and presentable, uniform will be provided.
- Experience in working within a team.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Good timekeeping.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days
