A lovely local company in Chichester is looking for a administrator to work in their holiday lets housekeeping department. The position will be working in a team providing administrative support and customer support for their wide range of customers both consumers and businesses.

This is a 6 month contract with a view to go permanent for the right person

Package details:

Salary circa £13 per hour; a higher rate may be considered for those with more experience

Hours: -9 - 5 or 8-4. 5 days per week - including weekends on a rota basis

Pension

20 days holiday plus bank holiday Pro rate on the 6 month contract.

Duties:

  • Assisting in the management of all cleaning requirements for the properties being managed by the company.
  • Scheduling and liaising with the cleaners to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the timescales as well to a very high standard.
  • Liaising with customer regarding various requests and queries, both on the phone and email.
  • Managing details on the booking system: Supercontrol
  • Stock control of materials required for the housekeeping.
  • Visting properties for the assessment of cleans
  • On occasion be required to stand in clean if any absences requires.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a role of house lets/property let administration/customer service is essential.
  • Strong administration skills; good pc capabilities.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Flexible attitude to work.
  • Enjoys working in a busy environment.
  • Have experience in using the booking system Supercontrol.
  • Must have own transport.
