Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

We are looking forexperienced Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor that have work in the hotels of 4 and 5 star

The hourly rate is £15.91 an hour , Holiday pay included and immediate start available.

The hours of working are between 8:00 am to 4:00pm from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off ,

The job is full time and for long time

As a Floor-Supervisor

your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of operations in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.

Your key duties :

will include managing daily housekeeping schedules, assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, and ensuring that each employee has the necessary training to perform their duties effectively. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Your supervisory duties,

you will also be required to perform a range of housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, and to be able to use cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure. You should have a friendly and approachable demeanor when dealing with guests and staff alike.
