Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a Housing association based in North Derbyshire with the recruitment for a Housing Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Daily duties of the Housing Co-ordinator consist of:
- Ensure that the damp and mould process meet all legislative requirements and the clients policies/procedures
- Co-ordinate the allocation of work to surveyors and Damp and Mould Operatives
- Provide support to the Damp and Mould Triage Manager for any internal and external audits
- Carry out administration and co-ordination for complaints related to Damp and Mould
- Liaise with Housing Management, Legal Services, Contractors and customers
Essential experience of the Housing Co-ordinator:
- Previously worked within Social Housing (Preferred but not essential)
- A knowledge of general health and safety factors within housing and properties
- Posses a full UK drivers license
- Competent IT and administration skills
