My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HousingComplaints Operations Manager on a Contract basis.

This role leads on the clearance of a backlog of housing complaints, whilst ensuring service improvements within the Council.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • This role will entail extensive backlog management and clearance, whilst motivating, training and leading the team to achieve this.
  • Oversee the complaints teams and manage the entire complaints process.
  • Establish and maintain KPI's, workloads and targets.
  • Quality assurance, training and staff mentorship.
  • An ideal role for a strong complaints manager with a background in housing complaints looking for progression.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in Local Government, specifically with housing complaints.
  • Complete understanding of Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints.
  • Experience in backlog clearance and management.
  • Familiarity with the Housing Ombudsman is essential.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £400-£500 per day (Inside IR35)

*negotiable based on experience

  • Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
