Housing Disrepair Fee Earner Position Available
Location:  Outskirts of Manchester

The firm i am working with is a progressive law firm located just outside the vibrant city of Manchester. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal services with a personal touch. Our team is dedicated to upholding the rights of tenants and ensuring they live in safe, habitable conditions.
The firm are currently seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to manage a diverse caseload of housing disrepair claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in this area of law. You will work closely with our experienced solicitors, providing top-tier legal support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence.
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing clear and concise legal advice.
  • Attending court and tribunal hearings as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing disrepair law.
  • Strong understanding of housing law and tenant rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
