Housing Disrepair Team Manager

A unique opening in Liverpool city centre for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to run a team dealing with non-litigious Housing Disrepair matters. 

The position will see you manage the team through all aspects of individual roles with ultimate responsibility for all work produced. You will motivate and mentor the team to achieve all KPIs and SLAs using your qualified expertise (please call for extensive details on duties entailed!).

The team work entirely on site in a vibrant, collegiate environment, with an open-door policy. It is expected the successful Solicitor will have a demonstrable background in Housing Disrepair and be keen to utilise this experience in a slightly different environment.
