Housing Manager

I am proud to be working exclusively with a local organisation based in Ipswich that specialises in providing temporary accommodation for the homeless. I am currently supporting this organisation by resourcing a Housing Manager for the seventeen properties spread across Ipswich. This role will be a temp contract with guaranteed 6 months' work and will then be taken on a month-to-month basis and will be based on a salary of £31k.

The Housing Manager will be responsible for complete oversight of the properties and to lead, manage and support the housing team to enable them to provide a high quality, person-centred and responsive service. Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify gaps in provision, or emerging trends to create strategic plans to implement service wide.
