Description

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Midlands area.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and providing excellent customer service.
  • Overseeing rent collection and managing arrears effectively.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Working closely with the property team to manage maintenance and repairs.
  • Dealing with tenant complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensuring adherence to housing legislation and company policies.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services within the property department.

Profile

A successful Housing Officer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a property-related field.
  • Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A good understanding of property legislation.
