We are currently working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a permanent Housing Officer on a hybrid working basis.

The successful candidate will manage a patch of 550 general needs units, ensuring a comprehensive, customer led housing service is provided.

You will take the lead on your patch and will be responsible for managing estate inspections, tenancy management (all areas), repairs reporting and responding to stage one complaints.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the required level of experience and have a flexible approach to their work and interaction with customers.

A current driving license is required.
