About the Role:
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a valued social housing provider committed to delivering services that make a real difference within the local community.

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch-based portfolio across Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting tenants, maintaining estates, and promoting thriving communities. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have access to their own transportation and be available on patch five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver estate and tenancy management across a defined patch of properties.

  • Investigate and manage cases of neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

  • Handle tenancy sign-ups, mutual exchanges, and tenancy terminations.

  • Personally manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.

  • Provide advice and support to tenants to sustain and manage their tenancies successfully.

  • Foster positive tenant relations, promote community engagement, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a housing management role is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management, anti-social behaviour procedures, and customer care.

  • Able to work independently, manage your own caseload, and make confident decisions.

  • Committed to promoting inclusive, supportive communities.
