HR Administration Manager - York - £35000-£40000 p.a + Benefits

Due to expansion our client is urgently seeking to hire an HR Administration Manager to join the business working on a hybrid basis.

You will be responsible for the overall management, workload delegation, training and development of the HR Administration function. You will ensure that the provision of HR data is delivered on an accurate and timely basis and consistently seek and implement more efficient ways of working.     

Please only apply if you have:
  • Current / recent HR Administration Management / Supervisory experience.
  • Experienced in the use of HRIS / HR Systems.
  • HR administration process optimisation. 
  • HR data analysis experience.
