HR Administrator - £16.48ph plus hol pay - North West London

4 days office based 1 day remote


Start Date: ASAP
End Date : 6 months, with the possibility of extension

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
  • Help facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Proven experience in HR administration within higher education.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
