HR Administrator - Professional Services 
£27,000 - £30,000 (offering CIPD study package)
City – hybrid

Our client is an established Professional Services firm who are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team in London. This role will be working in conjunction with the HR Manager, which will lead to training and professional development. You will be supporting across, employee relations, recruitment and learning and development.

This role will offer study package to complete Level 3 CIPD.

THE ROLE:
  • Carry out administrative duties, preparing offer letters and contracts, approving holiday requests and updating the system with joiners/leavers
  • Arrange inductions, interviews and update job descriptions
  • Coordinate inductions with HR, oversee managers diary when arranging end of probation meetings and book meetings rooms when required
  • Manage and log completed appraisals, provide feedback to recruitment agencies and keep a log of CV’s when managing recruitment
  • Carry out training research and corrdinator with trainers for employee developement 

THE PERSON:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst being approachable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Flexible, organised and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail, thorough and proactive
